人に見せない、見せると芸事になる。 文人茶の極意かも 【一茶庵稽古追想】 Don't show it to others. If you show it, it will be an entertainment. It may be the secret of literary tea.
一茶庵には、文人が愛した煎茶を愉しむ環境が整えられている。
前回は「離房法」という稽古をした。
離房というのは、煎茶を淹れるところと飲むところが異なること。
淹れるところは水屋ではなく茶房。飲むところは書斎。書斎から淹れているところが微かに見える。
山水画には山麓に佇む家がよく描かれている。母屋の後ろに小庵が連なっている光景をよく見かける。その小庵が茶房になり茶を淹れる庵である。
Issa-an has an environment where you can enjoy the sencha that the literary people loved. Last time, I practiced the " dividing method". Divideing is the difference between brewing and drinking sencha. The place to brew is not a kitchen but a teahouse.
The place to drink is the study. The place brewed from the study can be seen faintly.
A house standing at the foot of the mountain is often depicted in the landscape painting. I often see a series of small hermitages behind the main house. The small hermitage becomes a teahouse and is a hermitage for brewing tea.
1畳ほどの茶房
文人茶を伝承する一茶庵ならではの茶の愉しみ方を我々も体験させていただける。それが離房法である。俗っぽくならないためにお点前を人に見せない。見せると芸事になってしまう、ということらしい。
We will also be able to experience how to enjoy tea unique to Issa-an, which inherits literary tea. That is the dividing method. Don't show people the point so that it doesn't look profane. It seems that if you show it, it will become an entertainment.
