適材適所について考えてみた。

「適材適所」　漢字で見ているとなんだかかたい。
英語で表現するならこんな感じなのかなと、書き出してみた。（ググってみた）

the right person in the right place                    

use of the right person in the right job            

match the right person with the right job       

right person in the right place at the right time     

とりあえず、今日はここまで。
いろんな角度から考えてみても、結局のところは「適材適所」。
この言葉につきるのかなと思う。
