Old friend is really precious - Oct. 18, 2023

I may have mentioned this before, but I’ve truly come to realize that “friendship needs maintenance.” I’ve been traveling with my old high school friend since yesterday, and we’ve been catching up on our own lives since we last met. I can just be myself around him, so a friend like this is really precious, isn’t it?

He took me to his favorite izakaya, and we enjoyed eating, drinking, and talking. After that, we went to karaoke and had a blast until the day turned into night. The main purpose of our meeting is to watch the Hanshin Tigers baseball game. We’re going to have a great time from now on!
