"Muzuki jima" is a small island in the Seto Inland Sea. Once upon a time, there were many people living there, but now the only people who remember the bustling island life of those days are an old man, an old woman, and a "tangerine tree". The number of people living on the island has dwindled completely, but instead, the creatures have returned to the rich sea. The beautiful blue of the sea is so much beautiful, but I feel a little sad. Why..?Blue sea, yellow sun, tanned children. Fishermen humming and bright oranges and lemons. When I traveled to Italy, far from the island of Muzuki, I was reunited with that nostalgic scenery.Muzuki Island sometime overlapping the sea of Sicily. The island shines with vitality.Along with the nostalgic scenery, I met this amaretti. The mellow touch of almond flour and the sweet and sour taste of orange are very delicious. I wanted people to taste it with citrus from Muzuki Island as well.Long ago, Amaretti went to France with an Italian princess and evolved into macarons.Amaretti went to Japan.
