Could be The Huge 10 Effects that “Green Tea” has, perhaps Brain Power UP?, Longevity?, Growing Your Hair?

As I have been writing that “Green tea has great effect for our health” in my blog. It can be said it is a “magical drink” that treating our health to bodies and mental. I suggest you’d better take teas instead of energy drink for your health if you consider.

So let’s have a look what is the 10 effectiveness of drinking green tea with you.

1. Green tea reduces body fat
There have been so many highly trusted datas already published.

Lets say what green tea has is...
* Suppression for appetite
* Improving metabolism
* Decomposition of fat
* Blocking absorption of fat and sugar

These are already approved by many researches and I could say the tea helps you succeed diet. But tea isn’t only the reason of reducing fat, it need help from other resources. So it can be told it is as a support staff for helping your diet.

2. Green tea is good resource for our brain
Because green tea has caffeine, EGCG, and theanine, all of them is approved that is good for our brain.

Let’s talk about caffeine first. From a article in 2008, they picked up 41 participants to take an examination and it is fine to take 1 to 8 cups of tea makes your memory is improved and your cognitive function is going be speed up.

As of theanine and EGCG, a RCT from 2011 is a famous article.
The researchers asked a participants to take 1.68g of LGNC-07(combination of L-theanine and green tea extracts) in a day, in 16 weeks they showed that they improved their memory and attention.

Another article from 2004, says “polyphenols from green tea protect your brain” the green tea protects our nerves system in our brain so it reduces a ratio of occurring of dementia. It doesn’t mean that the green tea has a potential to make you be intelligent dramatically but you can use it for one of useful assistance for brain maintenances.

3. Green tea effects to an inflammation
Experiment from 2015 showed participants who drink 1,350mg of extracts from green tea in a day, reduced skin inflammation causing by UV.

Also research from 2013 reported “a catechin in tea is effective for rheumatoid arthritis” so should be helpful for some inflammations that we encounter.

4. Green tea could be effective for longevity...
These years, there have been showing up a theory that saying one of the indicators of longevity called “Telomere” could be extending by drinking green tea with mouse experiments. It’s yet few datas but you may think of it for one of your reference because it has shown positive results up there.

5. Green tea is effective for diabetes
According to a review from 2013, because green tea polyphenols works improvement for insulin sensitivity so it can reduce risk of type-2 diabetes. As you know that green tea decreases blood glucose levels from long time ago. So you can use it as assistant.

6. Green tea reduces risk of infections
It does not know levels of its effectiveness but since tea polyphenols has been shown antimicrobial activity.
A research from 2000, it is interesting result showing that saying there was phenomenon for decreasing bacteria in body, thanks to green tea.

A review from2014, tea polyphenols works defeating bacterial cell membranes.
There has been very few researched examples directly on relating between green tea and risk of infection but it can be expected from that results.

7. Green tea is good for liver
It’s still ongoing process of mouse experiment but the mouse drinks green tea showed data, reduces liver damages dramatically.
It could tell you that tea polyphenols has protection for liver.

8. Green tea can be cavity protection
This comes from 2015’s experiment that saying when volunteers drink green tea showed almost the same results with reducing plaque in mouth with mouthwash.
It means tea polyphenols can be alteration of mouthwash as dental care.
