【about bipolar disorder】change the way of thinking slightly

This is the challenge to write my feelings and thoughts in English, but this is the chance at the same time. So I try it.

I have bipolar disorder, and now I’m on a leave of absence from work for depression for few weeks.

Luckily, the symptom of depression takes better little by little because of my boss and co-workers’ consideration and my thought that “What I feel and think comfortable is just what I do.”

Now, I’m writting this listening to music of Hikaru Utada. Her music is very beautiful, natural, and comfortable for me.

In my case, depression makes me unable to do a lot of ordinary things to live, for example, taking a bath, doing the laundry, cleaning room, cooking and going out.

But I found this period of depression is the chance to try to make my life more comfortable.

This change of way of thinking itself is the most important thing for me.

My challenge is just started.
I know that continuing one thing is one of the most difficult things in life.
But I think giving up something is not so bad, because that’s an exact chance to find the reason why I gave up and try something more comfortable!
