山西がん病院に2010年1月から2023年6月までに入院したGB-NEC患者37例の臨床データに基づいて、後ろ向きの分析が行われました。患者の一般情報、治療レジメン、全体的な予後が調査されました。結果として、手術がGB-NECの主要な治療法であり、根治的切除が他の治療オプションに比べ患者の生存により大きな利益をもたらす可能性があることが示されました。術後の補助療法は患者の生存期間を延ばす可能性がありますが、全体的な予後は依然として厳しいとされています。
「月経困難症が10代の少女に与える影響と、英国のGP（一般開業医）記録における内膜症および関連する症状の発生率について」
この研究では、QResearch一次ケアデータベースを使用し、2011年1月1日から2021年6月30日までの間に10歳から19歳の女性のデータが記述統計を用いて報告されました。GP記録における月経困難症のコード化された有病率は、コミュニティ調査が示唆するよりもかなり低いことが明らかになりましたが、一次ケアでよく遭遇する月経症状は、特定のガイダンスとリソースを必要とします。民族性や社会経済的地位によるコーディングの格差も観察され、さらなる探求が求められています。
「抗合成酵素症候群（ASS）に対するJanusキナーゼ阻害剤（JAKi）の有効性と安全性の評価」
2020年10月から2023年6月までにJAKiで治療された難治性ASS患者の医療記録が後ろ向きに検討されました。20人の患者が含まれ、全員が間質性肺疾患（ILD）を有していました。JAKi治療後、難治性ASS患者の70%が関節炎、発疹、息切れ、咳などの臨床症状の顕著な改善を示しました。肌の発疹、筋肉痛、ILDの改善が証明されましたが、効果を評価するためには、より大規模な前向き対照研究が必要です。
