Q&A Diary #60: What's the most unique travel souvenir you own?

During my travels, I always buy food as a souvenir. My favorite one is soy sauce. Different region offers different soy sauce. Trying each soy sauce is fun.

For example, Kanto area produces mostly honjozo koikuchi soy sauce, which is characterized by its refreshing flavor and lack of added sweeteners.

In Kansai area, while usukuchi soy sauce is widespread, there is also a large consumption of honjozo koikuchi soy sauce, and different types of soy sauce with different characteristics are used for different dishes.

Southern Kyushu, such as Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures, is a region where sweetened mixed soy sauce is particularly favored.

I like sweetened mixed soy sauces from Kagoshima the most. Actually, my family members hate the sweet soy sauce. So in case of business trips to Kagoshima, the sweet soy sauce I buy is the souvenir to me not to my family members.
