What is the pedestrian priority?

I didn't have any lessons like yesterday because I planned to see a doctor to get a shot for a migraine in the morning, and I couldn't book my usual teachers' lessons in the afternoon today.
In addition, after an injection, it made me sleepy and dull, so I hadn't booked another teacher's class.
Furthermore, sleepiness and constipation will continue for another week due to that shot.

When I went to the clinic every time, I could meet funny patients, but nobody was there today.
I was disappointed.

Since it was cold in the waiting room, my feet got cold.
After coming back home, I took a footbath and relaxed.

On the way home by bicycle, a female walking using a mobile phone crossed just in front of me without security verification, and I rang a bell.
Then she glared at me without apologizing.
I know the rule of the pedestrian priority, but it should be adapted only to the people who follow the manner.

That aside, my friend in the US texted me this morning; it said they would move to London because of her husband's business.
I expected their transfer destination to be Japan.
I hope to see her before transferring to London; she will drop in Japan.
