金縛りに遭ったかもしれない話です。

August 12th

　I may have had *sleep paralysis last night for the first time. My memory is too *ambiguous to write about this strange and frightened experience, but I am going to try to do it.

　In the mid night (probably around 3:00 a.m.) , suddenly I could not move my *limbs. Not long after that, I realized that I could not open my eyes
too.

　Because of that, I feel scared and thought that there must have been ghosts in this house. There was no point in resisting that *phenomenon, so I gave up and decided to go back to sleep.

　The next time I woke up was in the morning. I do not know if this event was a dream or what I actually experienced.

　私は昨夜初めて金縛りに遭ったかもしれない。この奇妙で恐ろしい体験を書くには記憶が曖昧すぎるが、頑張って書いてみようと思う。
　深夜(おそらく午前3時頃)、私は突然手足が動かせなくなった。それから間もなくして目が開けられなくなっていることにも気付いた。
　そのため私は恐怖を覚えると同時にこの家に幽霊がいるに違いないと思った。その現象にいくら抵抗しても無駄だったため、私は諦めてもう一度寝ることにした。
　次に目が覚めた時には朝になっていた。この出来事が夢だったのか、それとも実際に私が体験したことなのかどうかは分からない。
