Given the fact that we all don’t want to hear any "Sugar-coated" stories, I’d like to write a little about how I honestly feel towards our supporters. In summary, the aim of this post is to thank our dear supporters, yet also to warn about how to treat an “ICO investment”.
Also, just a friendly reminder that I am a Jerk and this post will prove it well. So as the title goes, if you just want to see the prettier version of our project, I recommend you to close this page at this point. 

本稿では私がWowooプロジェクトの貢献者に対してきれいごと抜きに本心どのように感じているかについて記します。つまるところ、本稿の目的は親愛なる貢献者の皆様に感謝を告げることでありながら、それ故にICO投資に対しての注意喚起の意も含んでおります。
また、私は控えめに言っても最低な人間であり本稿の内容がそれを十分に証明しますため、タイトルに習いWowooプロジェクトの綺麗なところのみを見たい方につきましてはこれ以上の閲覧はお薦め致しません。

I’m sure most people with business or social experience can imagine that some of the greatest movements, products, and services invented by men, does not always pay off.
This is often caused by the force of Capitalism, which is perhaps one of the strongest concept for mankind. However, we are also aware of the greatest opportunities that we could acquire because of this system, and “Investment” is the secret to getting there.

ビジネスや社会経験のある方であれば、世に生まれた素晴らしい活動や商品、サービス等が必ずしも報われない場合があることは想像に難くないと思います。これは多くの場合「資本主義」という力によってもたらされる現象で、資本主義は人間にとって最も力強い概念の一つです。しかしながら、私たちは同時にこのシステムがもたらす素晴らしいチャンスがあることも理解しているはずで、そのチャンスをもたらす秘訣こそが「投資」です。

ICO is a strong method of fundraising for project owners like myself in challenging to realize a blockchain project which aims to change the world for better. I think ICO has a huge potential in saving the great projects which were just too difficult to come together in Capitalist point of view.
In another words, if you have the right eyes to see which service will rise like Amazon or Facebook, you might have a very successful investment.

ICOは私のようなプロジェクトオーナーが世界を良くすることを目標にブロックチェーンプロジェクトを立ち上げたいとする人々にとっては強力な資金調達の手段となります。
前述したような資本主義の中で日の目を浴びづらかった素晴らしいプロジェクトを救う手がかりがICOにあると私は考えています。逆に言えば、AmazonやFacebookのように成長するサービスの目利きができれば素晴らしい投資機会を得ることが可能だということです。

If one wishes to achieve something, one must sacrifice (=invest) something on the other hand. It is a simple mechanism that we are all aware of. Now, when applying this formula into ICO investment, we obviously see that the goal is to either gain profit, or to enjoy the services to be provided. Be it in fiat or in Cryptocurrencies, unless you are donating or cannot be helped but to wait for the coming utility services, you must focus and make use of the project that you are investing in, to reach your goal. If you are serious about your investment, then there is no reason why you shouldn’t do whatever it takes to reach your profit.

もし皆様が何かを達成したいと願うのなら、何かを犠牲（投資）にする必要があります。この単純明快な理論をICO投資に当てはめた場合、達成したいゴールとは利益を得る事か提供されるサービスを活用する事かの二つに一つであることがわかります。寄付として、あるいはどうしてもそのサービスを利用したい、というケースでない限りはそれが法定通貨であろうと仮想通貨であろうと皆様のやるべきことはプロジェクトを利用し集中して最終的な利益を確保することです。もしその投資が本気のものであったならば、利益を出すために必要なことはなんでもするべきであり、それをしない理由などあり得ません。

I have more than plenty of reasons to believe that Wowoo project will 1) be accepted in the society, 2) provide a new HOT culture to people, 3) allow more people to understand about blockchain, and 4) enrich people who are in the community, in not so far away future, once everything comes together.
As a matter of fact, I have a lovely family to support and yet this is the only project that I am committed to now, and I make least in paycheck (in any currency) compared to past couple years before I founded this project. This is just some facts of how serious I am towards this project, and also how confident I am about the future.
(..And yes, I know I or our team are nowhere near perfect. We will be making further effort in improving the overall project experiences.)

私自身はWowooプロジェクトが出来上がってくると、そう遠くはない未来において①社会に受け入れられ、②注目の文化を人々に届け、③人々にブロックチェーンを理解するきっかけとなり、④コミュニティとして関わった人々を豊かにするだろうと思える根拠を多く持っています。
参考までに私には愛する家族もいて、仕事はWowoo一本、けれど収入という意味ではWowooを立ち上げる前よりも減少しました。これはほんの些細な根拠の例ですが、これぐらいプロジェクトに対して本気であり、また自信もあります。
（それにしては役立たずだなというツッコミはごもっともです。精進致します。）

But the question here is “what is “YOUR” bet on our project?”
(It goes for every other projects that you invest in)

では皆様は当プロジェクトに対してどこまで賭けておりますでしょうか？
（他のプロジェクトに対しても考え方は同じです）

What made you believe in the project?
Why did you invest in the project?
What is your scenario in this investment?
What kind of effort do you make to understand the project better?
Have you carefully read the Whitepaper?
Have you made any influence on the project in your own circle?
Have you spoke out for what you thought was wrong or unclear?
...etc

なぜこのプロジェクトはイケると思いましたか？
なぜこのプロジェクトに投資をしましたか？
この投資におけるシナリオはどのように描いていますか？
プロジェクトの理解を深めるためにどのような努力をしていますか？
ホワイトペーパーはきちんと読み込みましたか？
自分独自のコミュニティに対してもなにかプロジェクトへの影響をもたらしましたか？
分からないこと、間違っていると思ったことに対して声をあげましたか？
などなど。

If you are reading this post, I know that you are at least keeping your eyes on our moves to not miss any great news or deals, or even to decide where to place your Stop-loss order.
Either way, I thank you deeply for reading this far.

少なくともこの投稿を読んでくださっているということは私たちの動向を良いニュースやキャンペーンを逃さないようにだとか、損切ラインを確定するためなどの理由で注目していることがわかります。
いずれにせよ、ここまで読んでくださり誠に有難うございます。

My point is simple, if most of your answer to above is “No” or “I don’t know”, then I think you should either leave now or just forget about us (hang on and maybe wake up to a bonus one day!), you are not a good investor anyways. If you are thinking “this guy is helpless and therefore there is no future in this project”, well, perhaps you may be right so please proceed with same as above.

私の論点は単純なもので、上記の質問リストへの回答が「いいえ」または「わからない」が大半の方は正直に申し上げてこのあたりで切り上げていただくか忘れていただくのがよろしいかと思います（もしかするとある日大金持ちに！）。いずれにしても良い投資家とは言えないことは確かです。あるいは、「こいつは救いようがないから、プロジェクトも将来性はないだろう」と思っていただいた方につきましても、もしかすると大正解の可能性がありますから上記の対応をお薦め致します。

If you could answer “Yes” or with confident to most of the questions above, you guys are our heroes. These are the people whom we ultimately work for. I know we aren’t the best project out there YET, but we will be doing whatever we can to take this project to a stage where everything that happens is a miracle. I won’t guarantee anything, but I hope you will not only success in your investment, but also become the real users who experience the Wowoo World, which will be amazing.

ほとんどの質問に対して「イエス」あるいは自信をもって回答できるという方は、まさに私たちにとってはヒーロー的な存在です。私たちは究極的にこのような層の方のために仕事をしています。まだまだ最高のプロジェクトであるとは現状言えませんが、すべてが神業というような土台に立つまでこれからも精進してプロジェクトを推進して参ります。なにも確約することはできませんが、ヒーローの皆様には利益という意味の成功もお祈りすると共に、実際にすばらしいサービスとなるであろうWowooワールドを実際に体験していただくリアルユーザーになっていただけることを心から願っています。

I must say, ICO investments are extreamly difficult, because unlike a company stock, ICO tokens do not credit its investors of any rights or whatsoever, the regulation isn’t ready to protect the investors, and furthermore the core foundation of tokens are out of the capitalist standard, meaning that its best intention is to make effort in building a utility service, NOT about the price increase. It is and will never be by all means a Get-rich-quick-scheme.
(This is why we've been very selective in our projects, and only work with those we are confident in making the right market.)

私が言うのもなんですが、ICO投資は究極的に難しいものです。株式とは異なり、トークンは何の権利付与もなく、法整備が整っていないがために投資家保護も薄く、果てにはトークンの設計基盤がそもそも資本主義的でないがためにユーティリティであるサービスを提供することのみに注力されるのが通常で、トークンの価格を上げるという前提がありません。これまでもこれからもICO投資は簡単にお金儲け！の手法にはなり得ないのです。（ちなみに、だからこそ私たちは掲載プロジェクトは非常に厳選しており、正しいマーケットを作れる確信のあるプロジェクトのみと働くようにしています。）

However, despite the fact that we still have much to improve, I truly believe that we are one of the most exciting and potential blockchain project out there, who isn’t just trying to solve problem A in Industry 1. We are trying to create a culture, where being nice to others are valued, and by doing so being able to trade goods and service without fiat currencies. You might wonder how does that affect the token price, but we are well preparing for a logic where the activities within the community will also stimulate the price. We will be giving you more ideas on how this is happening in the coming months with good news along the way.

しかしながら、私たちにまだまだ改善点があるとはいえ、私はWowooが世に出ているブロックチェーンプロジェクトの中でも最も面白いプロジェクトの1つだと心底信じています。とある業界のとある問題解決といった規模ではなく私たちが構築しようとしているのは、文化そのものであり、それは他者に良くすることが価値化されることであり、その連鎖によって法定通貨なしに様々な商品やサービスを受けることができるという仕組みです。これがどのようにトークン価格を後押しするのか気になる方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、コミュニティ内での活動がトークン価格を刺激する仕組みについても念入りに準備しております。この辺のより詳しい情報は他のグッドニュースと併せてここ数か月でアップデートしていきます。

So in my conclusion, I’d like to share the intention of choosing the title for this post, “Men Willingly Believe What They Wish to Believe”, which was quoted by Julius Caesar.
The quote is often used to remind or warn us that our daily decision makings are often not logical. Most of our thinking are based or backed by certain culture, religion, believes, comfort, etc. so it is really difficult to change your point of view.

結論として、カエサルの言葉であり本稿のタイトルとさせていただいた『人は物事を自分が見たいように見る』を選んだ意図について述べさせていただきます。
この言葉は主に私たちの日々の思考の多くは論理的ではないということを思い出させる際に用いられます。私たちの思考は特定の文化や宗教、信仰や心地よさなどをベースとしており、なかなか視点を変えることはできません。

If you think we are not good and are keep complaining about it, you would probably keep feeling that way forever(unless you accidentally get rich because of us or something!), so I think you might as well focus on something else that makes you happy in your life. Just please don’t regret much when that time comes when your actions are valued in Wowoo community, but not in yours.

もし私たちの事を良く思わず蔑むようなことをしている方がいるとしたら、きっとその考えは私たちが原因で誤って大金持ちにでもならない限り変わりませんので、おそらく他の楽しいことに注力したほうがよろしいかと思います。ただし、いつかその楽しいことが、Wowooを介するとさらに価値まで与えられるような日が来た場合は、あまり悔やまないようにしていただきたいと思います。  

For those who respects our philosophy, and are looking forward to not only about our token price actions, but our coming services, I have a good news.
Caesar’s quote has a trick to it. If many believes in a dream seriously enough, it does become true, and we are becoming true. I know it by heart, because it’s not only my small brain that believes in the project, but amazingly virtuous people around the globe are also supporting our ideas!
