【Diary#37】Don't come to Startup

It is hard to become Entrepreneur.

It is hard to success the company.

In this few years, how many companies died?

How many people cried because of startup?

How many companies faced hard things?

Why people so be attracted startup?

I want to know people who have an interest in the startup, Don't come here if you don't have a passion for something to big.

I misunderstood about startup.
I thought it is really glittering, work is hard but every day is so much fun and so fulfilling.

That's was just fantasy.
The fantasy that made by this world.

Sometimes, fantasy makes us feel happy or hopeful.
But most occasions, that hurt us by to be faced the reality.

Of course, I hurt by this "fantasy" over and over.
Sometimes, I wanna run away from this closed world.

My company's CEO was crying.
Some people say, all of startup members are CEO.

I don't think so.
CEO and other member is definitely different.

I'm a member of RATEL Inc. as Product Manager.
And I often feel so hard.

But this hard thing couldn't compare with hard things of CEO. It shouldn't.

Fantasy hurt us. Most of occasions.

Most of startup fail to grow.

But some startup could feel the highest fun, fulfill and joy. Also could get a feeling to change this world.

They work hard for just it.

They are coolest guy isn't it?
