The following diagram represents the relationship between the mass of potassium nitrate, alum and sodium chloride that can dissolve in 100g of water and temperature. 

It is assumed that there is no evaporation of water due to heating. Please answer questions 1 to 4.

From a mixture of 49g of alum (ミョウバン) and 1g of sodium chloride (塩化ナトリウム), a powder weighing 50g was obtained. An experiment was conducted to extract pure alum crystals from this powder. Answer the following questions 1 and 2.

[Experiment]

A beaker was filled with 100g of water, and the 50g powder was added to it. The beaker was heated with a gas burner up to 60°C until all the powder sample dissolved in water was confirmed.

Afterward, when the temperature was lowered to 20°C, white crystals appeared. These crystals were separated from the liquid by filtration
