アスパラガス
（ASPARAGUS）

キジカクシ目、キジカクシ科、アスパラガス属

多年生草本であり、普段からお目にかかる野菜
である。

この野菜に含まれるアスパラギンは、疲労回復
やスタミナ増強に効果のあるアミノ酸の一種で
アスパラガスに含まれる事から、この名となる
成分である。

そんなアスパラガスは、野菜としてだけの魅力
にとどまらず、いけばなの世界や、観賞用にも
利用されるものである。

その繊細な糸状に伸びる葉は美しいディテール
であり、小さな釣鐘状の小花も可愛らしい姿で
見るものを魅了する。

アスパラガスならではの新芽が並ぶ姿もいつも
見るアスパラガスの太さはないながらも見覚え
ある姿の片鱗を見せてくれる。
