豊臣秀吉が天下統一の拠点として天正11年（1583）に築城した初代大坂城は、「三国無双の城」と讃えられる豪壮華麗な漆黒の城。

現在の大阪城は、1931年（昭和6年）市民の熱意で現在の天守閣が鉄骨鉄筋コンクリートで復興された豊臣大坂城と徳川大坂城が混ざりあった三代目の大阪城天守閣である。

昭和45年岸和田生まれ、平成5年木下賢治師に入門、平成13年に独立し現在は貝塚市に工房を構えている。躍動感のある彫刻が好評を得て、数々の地車を作事し、泉州でもトップクラスの人気を誇る木彫家である。

〜Biography〜
Woodcarving Artist:Nakanobu Yamamoto
Born in 1970 in Kishiwada Osaka.
In 1993, Started working as a trainee underneath Kenji Kinoshita(one of the most influential artists)
In 2001, Started up his own business and to this day, he has been working at his own workshop in Kaizuka, Osaka.
With his unique carving style describing dynamic, lively arts on his multiple craftsmanships, he has been getting great reputations and has become one of the most popular craftsmen.
