05.I Hate Rain （和訳）(Japanese Subs

去年の9月6日にリリースした"I Hate Rain"
リリース日は敢えてこの日にした。

1997年9月6日土曜日、雨の日に生まれた。
そのせいではないけど大事な日とか楽しみな日はずっと雨が多かった。
小さい頃から雨男やったし雨はずっと嫌いやった。

All is Wellは明るい曲が多くてハッピーなイメージがあるけど、俺自身実は根暗でめちゃくちゃ人見知り。だから前のバンドではほぼ誰とも繋がりを作られへんかった。

2023年から正規が3人になって、自分がAll is Wellを大きくしないといけないと決めてからは打ち上げにも積極的に参加したり、知り合いのライブを見に行ってとにかく繋がりを作って色んな人に知ってもらってライブを見てもらうことだけを考えてた。
ライブを見てもらえさえすればよかった。
All is Wellがかっこいいってことだけは自信があったから。

そんな中、3人で1発目に出来上がった曲が"I Hate Rain"
この曲は俺自身の歌。
だから敢えてリリース日はこの日にした。

彼らはSunshineで、俺がRain。
自分が嫌いでもこの曲を歌うことで、誰かがこの曲を好きでいてくれることで少しでも自分を好きになれるように。

今夜はなかなか眠れなさそうだ
この時間が嫌いなんだ
思い返すとあの日も雨だった

孤独が心を覆い被さっている
光（hope）は近くにあるはずなのに
どこにいってしまった

I can only wait for...

雨が嫌いだ
うんざりするんだ
ただの考えすぎかもだけど
雨が嫌いな俺だけど
止むまで何度でも歌い続けるよ
これで少しは好きになれるかな
仕方がないよ　今は待つしかない
雨が止んだらまた光を探しに行こう
