初めての経験
在宅でお仕事をしている先輩ワーカー様へ
教えてください。
ぶっちゃけ、どうなん？
今日から家でお仕事を始めました。
PC作業は少し。電話するのも少し。
でも、その会社の商材についてあまり理解できていないから、
ただ緊張して、早口になっちゃって、おわった・・・・・
転職したばかりの時って、こんなだったっけ？
何年も前だから思い出せない💦
トイレに立つタイミングもつかめず、数時間座りっぱなし。
どうなりたいかって、「夢の在宅ワーク」をかなえたんだからもっと嬉しくなってもいいところなんだけど
なんせ、自分の話す内容が自分自身でつかめないのが一番困っているのです。
本当は、時間通りに初めて、時間通りに終わって、タイパよくこなせるようになるのが理想。
そしてなんといっても、通勤時間というものがなくなり、時間的にそして精神的に余裕が生まれたこと。
確かにこれはありがたい。
今朝、仕事始めるのがほぼほぼお昼前だったから、買い物に行ってきた。
その帰りに花活👆して、さあ、気分良く始めようっと🎵と思って。
ゆるーくゆるーくカフェBGMも小音で流しながら。
実はあまりの緊張で、お花のことなんか目に入ってこなかった（笑）ごめん、お花さん・・・・
どれくらいで慣れましたか？在宅ワーカーの先輩方！
1週間ぐらいで何とか立ち上がりができたらとは思っているのですが、
甘い！？
これから数日はこの繰り返しで、慣れるまでは緊張しますよね、と会社の方も言ってはくれたけど。
新しいことに挑戦するのは好きだけど、何でもかんでもできるわけじゃない。
ただ、経験値があれば多少なりとも肌感覚はわかるでしょう、ということです。
就活して思うのは、年齢を理由に「貴意に添えない結果となりましたことをお詫び」するのはやめてほしい。
かつて若いころ、私もそうとらえていたんだろうな、失礼なことをしたんだなと反省しました。
中高年だから、若年者だから、とひとくくりにしてはいけないですね。
近年は実年齢の7掛けと言うらしいです。
例えば、実年齢50歳だったら35歳くらいの仕事ができる感覚。
なんてステキなとらえ方！！（笑）💛
人生100年時代と言われてますしね。
でも、
平均寿命は伸びても健康寿命はそんなに爆上りはしません。
それなりに老眼にはなるし、物忘れも出てくるし、座りっぱなしだと腰も痛くなってくる。
つくづく、生身だなーと思う部分です。
いずれにせよ、お仕事があることに感謝して、早くなれることが生活安定の近道でしょうか。
地域社会に貢献できることが少しでもあるなら、尽力しておきたいと思います。

A cute flower to have next to you
I started working from home today. A little computer work. I also make a few phone calls. But I didn't really understand the company's products, so I just got nervous and ended up talking too quickly...was it like this when I just changed jobs? I can't remember because it was so many years ago 💦 I couldn't even figure out when to go to the toilet, so I sat there for several hours. As for what I want to do, I should be even happier now that I've achieved my dream of working from home, but what's bothering me the most is that I can't figure out what I'm talking about. Actually, the ideal would be to start on time, finish on time, and be able to do Taipa well. Best of all, I no longer have to commute, which frees up my time and mind. I'm certainly grateful for this.
Flowers I bought this morning 🌺
This morning, I started work almost before noon, so I went shopping. On the way home, I did some flower activating👆 and thought, let's start feeling good🎵. Loosely loose cafe BGM is playing at a low volume. Actually, I was so nervous that I didn't even notice the flowers (lol) Sorry, flowers...
How long did it take you to get used to it? Senior home workers!
I'm hoping to be able to get back on my feet in about a week, but that's too bad! ? The staff at the company also told me that this would be repeated for the next few days, and that I would be nervous until I got used to it. I like trying new things, but I can't do everything. However, if you have some experience, you should be able to get a feel for it.

When job hunting, I wish people would stop using their age as an excuse to apologize for not being able to meet your expectations. I realized that when I was younger, I probably thought that way too, and that I was being rude. We shouldn't lump them together just because they're middle-aged or older, or because they're young.
In recent years, it seems to be 7 times your actual age. For example, if you are 50 years old, you feel like you can do the job of a 35-year-old. What a wonderful way to capture it! ! (lol) 💛It is said to be the era of 100-year lifespans. but,
Even though average life expectancy increases, healthy life expectancy does not increase that much. I get farsighted, forget things, and my lower back hurts if I sit for a long time. This is the part that really makes me feel like I'm alive. In any case, being grateful to have a job and getting one quickly is the shortcut to a stable life. If there is something I can do to contribute to the local community, I would like to do my best.
