万生集（生きる目的・理由・コツ）89 ～Manseishu／collection of meaning and knack of life～

『同事というは不違なり。自にも不違なり、他にも不違なり』

自分自身をよく見つめて本来の自己を認め、他に対しても自分の事の如く分け隔てなく接し認めるという教えです。人が人を差別したりせずに、相手の事を想って助け合う生活をしていく大切な心掛けです。

'同事Douji（Self is as same as others）is 不違Fui（There is nothing different between self and others）. There is 不違Fui in the self. There is 不違 in the others.'

This is the teaching that sees the self carefully, admits the true self and interacts with the others without distinction like the self to admit. It is important attitude that people does not discriminate against people, think of the other person and help each other to live.
