万生集（生きる目的・理由・コツ）82 ～Manseishu／collection of meaning and knack of life～

劇団への入団者に浅利さんがきまって言う掟が、二つある。

ひとつは、「この世界は不平等と思え」。平等ということを考え出したら、不公平が次から次へ出てきて、稽古に集中できなくなる。その迷いを頭からポンと断ち切ってしまうのだ。

二番目の掟は、「自分の時間を持て」。人間ひとりひとり皆ちがっている。だから、ひとりひとりの人生はちがうはずである。早熟の人もあろうし、晩成の人もあろう。自分がどういう人間であるかをよく見きわめて、毎日の生活においても、人生の設計においても、自分の時間に合わせて生きて行くことである。

Firstly, 'think that this world is inequality.' If you start to think about equality, inequality comes out one after another and you are not able to concentrate the practice. It should break off the agony from the head.

Secondly, 'Have your own time.' Every human is different. So every human life should be different. Some people will be precocious and some will be altricial. You should find out what kind of person you are carefully and live according to your time in everyday life and in the design of life.
