北朝鮮が新型弾道ミサイル発射！ロシアの軍事侵攻が触発するミサイル攻撃のゆくえ

北朝鮮より日本に向けて、高度ロフテッド軌道で、1万6000キロの射程距離のある新型大陸間弾道ミサイル火星17（怪物ICBM）が初めて発射されました。

北朝鮮がアメリカに向けて、核を搭載したミサイル攻撃ができることをアピールするものだったようです。

発射は成功し、北海道沖に着弾しており、アメリカとの長期的対決を準備してゆく姿勢です。

防衛省は24日午後、北朝鮮から弾道ミサイルの可能性があるものが発射され、日本のEEZ（＝排他的経済水域）の内側に落下したとみられると発表しました。専門家は、金日成氏の誕生日を来月に控えるなど、北朝鮮は軍事分野を含め、成果を出していく時期にきているのではないかと指摘します。今後も近いうちに発射を行う可能性はあるのか。。。

ロシアのウクライナ軍事侵攻では、まるで映画のシーンのように、毎日ミサイルによる砲撃が当たり前のように繰り広げられています。

ウクライナのマリウポリでは、１万5000人の住民がロシアに、極東サハリンに強制連行され、民間施設に避難していた約3000人の市民が爆撃で死亡しているとの報道です。
キエフでは、ショッピングセンターが大規模爆撃を受け、民家人アパートにも爆弾が打ち込まれています。
イルピン、ミコライフでも病院やホテル、民間設備に激しい爆撃が行われており、たくさんの市民が無差別攻撃を受け、行き場を失っています。

写真家パブロ・ドロゴイ氏はハルキウに残り、爆破された建物の写真を撮り続けています。

一方、世界はこの映像に慣れっこになってきつつあります。

海外ニュース（独・仏・英・豪）では、激しさを増すウクライナの惨状に反して、戦火の映像は減少傾向です。
また、株価も持ち直し、VIX恐怖指数も30から23にさがり。。。

戦争に慣れっこになって、ミサイルが当たり前になってきて、このままで本当にいいのかと不安です。

ロシアのIT通信網は、ウクライナに比べて弱そうですね。
最近、日本企業もハッカー攻撃にあっており、これからはミサイル攻撃に、ネット攻撃の戦国時代に突入するのでしょうか。。。
