授乳婦への投与　アモキシシリン（サワシリン）編

アモキシシリン（先発品：サワシリン）は抗菌薬のなかでも、比較的おおく使われると思います。

授乳婦には安全に投与できるのでしょうか。

この記事では、授乳婦へのアモキシシリンの投与可否について紹介します。

【結論】投与可否

授乳婦にアモキシシリンは安全に投与できるといえます。

母乳中への移行は、わずかのため、安全であるといえます。

しかし、少量であっても、乳児が母乳中のアモキシシリンを摂取し、下痢やアレルギー症状を起こす可能性は頭にいれておく必要があります。

以下に、根拠となる情報を紹介していきます。

添付文書の記載

サワシリンの添付文書には、

「治療上の有益性及び母乳栄養の有益性を考慮し、授乳の継続又は中止を検討すること。母乳中へ移行することが報告されている。」

と、あいまいな記載がされています。

書籍の情報

「薬物治療コンサルテーション 妊娠と授乳　改訂第3版」には、授乳婦の投与は「安全」と記載されています。

e-lactanciaの情報

e-lactanciaでは「Very Low Risk」となっています。

M/P比が非常に低く、RIDも非常に低いため、授乳婦へ安全に投与できるといえます。
