【論文の結果】The aim of the present study was to evaluate whether cardiovascular instability is important during the mobilization of elderly patients subjected to major abdominal surgery and treated with continuous small- dose epidural infusion of local anesthetics and mor- phine. It must be emphasized that the exact role of the continuous epidural blockade per se on hypotension cannot be defined from this study.

【対応】鎮痛薬も原因の可能性はあるが、上記論文では否定的。術後はボリューム不足や炎症による血管拡張なども原因の可能性がある。低血圧の原因についてチームでディスカッションを行った。
