August 22, 2021：デンマーク映画「ギルティ」(Danish Movie “The Guilty”)

　I watched a Danish Movie for the first time. It is a crime thriller film titled “The Guilty”. The running time of the film is 88 minutes, which is a little shorter than other films. I was very impressed by the film. The hero is a front-line police officer who was transferred to an operator of emergency calls. He who happens to receive a call on an abduction case tries to solve the case only by calls and sounds or voices heard at the other end of the line, and encounters an unexpected ending. The film consists mostly of the hero making phone calls in a very tense situation. I was very overwhelmed by his tense expression and voice. The film is one of my best films which gave me such a great time that I lost track of time.

 デンマークの映画を初めて観ました。タイトルは「ギルティ」という犯罪スリラーです。上映時間は88分とやや短めの映画がですが、すばらしい作品でした。主人公は、現場の第一線から緊急通報指令室のオペレーターに異動されたれた警察官です。この警察官がたまたま受けた誘拐事件を、通話と電話から聞こえてくる音だけで解決しようとしますが、意外な結末を迎えます。　映像のほとんどは、主人公が通話する場面なのですが、主人公の表情や声の緊張感に圧倒されます。久々に緊張で時間を忘れさせてくれる秀逸の映画です。
