March 31, 2022：ワクワク、娘の結婚式、準備 (Daughter’s Wedding Ceremony, Excitement, Preparations)

 Today is the last day of March. The three months flew by. I regret that I could not change my behaviour drastically. On the other hand, I am filled with excitement. My daughter’s wedding ceremony will take place very soon. I had my hair cut the day before yesterday. I cut it short since I expect it to grow to the perfect length on the wedding day. From tomorrow, I will begin walking in new dress shoes. I need to break in and adjust the height of them. I will repeat replacing many kinds of insoles to find the right one. I hope that the ceremony will end successfully.
 My daughter is already married, but it must give our family great pleasure. I am looking forward to it.

　今日で3月も終わる。今年ももう3ヶ月が終わり、焦りを感じる一方、わくわく感もあります。娘の結婚式が目前に迫ってきました。一昨日は、散髪に行ってきました。やや短めに切ったので、結婚式当日にはちょうど良い長さになっていると想います。明日からは、新しく買った革靴でウオーキングします。足を靴に馴染ませ、靴の高さを調整するためです。何種類もあるインソールを取っ替え引っ替えして、しっくりくる高さを探します。無事、結婚式が終わることを祈るばかりです。
　娘は既に入籍していますが、結婚式は格別のものがあると想います。楽しみです。
