April 6, 2022：フランス映画、フレンチ・ネクション、エール！ (French Films, The Connection, La Famille Bélier)
I enjoyed two French films last week. One of them is ’The Connection' starred by Jean Dujardin. It was released in 2014 and is the story of a judge who struggles with a drug gang leader. It also describes his anguish over his family and political pressures. It was spectacular.
My most favourite French film is 'La Famille Bélier'. It is the story of a girl who struggles to take care of her deaf parents and brother and pass the audition at a famous music school in Paris. It is a comedy-drama film and not a sob story. I love seeing her struggles. It was the second time to watch it, but it still moved me.
最近見たフランスの映画が面白かったです。一つは、ジャン・デュジャルダン主演の「フレンチ・コネクション~史上最強の麻薬戦争」です。この映画は、2014年に公開され。デュジャルダンが演じる判事と麻薬組織との闘い描いた作品です。家族との関係や政治圧力なども描かれており、なかなか見応えがありました。
特にお気に入りのフランス映画は、「エール！」です。耳が不自由な両親と弟の面倒を見ながら、パリの音楽学校に合格するまでの少女の奮闘を描いた作品です。コメディタッチで描かれているため、明るい作品に仕上がっています。主人公のポーラの奮闘がたまらなく愛おしいです。観るのは2回目ですが、やはり感動します。
