October 17, 2021：タモリ倶楽部、タモリさん、明石家さんまさん、タコ (Tamori Club, Tamori san, Akashiya Sanma san, Octopuses)
For the first time in twenty years, I watched Tamori Club, a variety show by TV Asahi, and enjoyed the consistent flat tone of Tamori san, a famous comedian. In particular, I chuckled at his normal conversation with Bibiru Oki, a comedian. Probably, he knows very well how to pause to create a chuckle.
His bland talk is opposite to Akashiya Sanma san’s energetic one. He gives me a chuckle in a flat tone. He always talks with any guests in that tone and lures them into his conversation. On the other hand, Akashiya Sanma san always cares about his guests and develops his talk with an eye to amuse them and create laughter.
The topic for the show was octopuses. They seem to have high intelligence like high observation and mimic ability. They have chromatophore that enables them to change their colour and shape to defend themselves. But their lifespan is as little as one or two years.

20年ぶりに「タモリ倶楽部」を観ました。タモリさんの変わらない淡々とした口調が楽しかったです。特に、びびる大木さんとのやりとりは普通の会話なのですが、笑ってしまいます。タモリさんの間合いの取り方がうまいのだと思います。
タモリさんは、明石家さんまさんとは対照的です。クールなタモリさんと、エネルギッシュなさんまさん。タモリさんは、淡々とした話からから、笑いを誘います。観ていると、思わず「クスッと」笑ってします。タモリさんは、相手が誰であろうが、常に淡々と自分のペースで話をされています。相手を自分のペースに引き込むような話し方です。これに対して、さんまさんは、常に相手を意識して話をされます。相手を引き立てながら、笑いを取るにはどうすればいいかを意識されています。
今回のテーマはタコでした。初めて知ったのですが、タコは知性が高い生物らしいです。そのためか、観察し、それを模倣する能力が高いそうです。タコには色素胞と呼ばれる器官があり、それを使って変身して、自分の身を守るそうです。でも、タコの寿命は短く、1か2年で死んでいくそうです。次回のタモリクラブが楽しみです。
