defacedは音で書けるが、知らないかも。graffitiは微妙で「落書き」と訳すか「グラフィティ」と訳すか迷うが、落書きで行きます。in a countryは補文的に説明してあるので「韓国という国は～ような国で、その場所で行われた」と補語の感覚があるので新情報で不定冠詞。vandalism is rareはis rareの方が難しいかも。and treated seriouslyはuntreatedではない。Two separate attackersのseparateは「別々になった」という形容詞。scrawledはscrolledにしない。surveillance camerasは名詞＋名詞。the complexはA former royal palace。handed himself inはhand in himselfから。
