Many of the difficulties that the students of the Kyoto Tachibana Band have to overcome stem from the fact that most of them are wind instrumentalists. That is, the dances and choreography they perform are not difficult so much in themselves, but when they do them while playing wind instruments, it is a different story altogether.
（京都橘バンドの生徒達が乗り越えなければならない困難の多くは、彼らのほとんどが管楽器の演奏者であることに起因しています。つまり、彼らの演じるダンスや振り付けそのものはそれほど難しいものではないのですが、しかし、それらを吹奏楽器を演奏しながら演じるとなると、全く別の話に変わるのです。）
More so, when they have to make the fast and large formation changes that are characteristic of this band, the difficulty is even greater.
（ましてや、このバンド特有の、素早くて大きい隊形変更が加わると、いっそう難度が上がります。）
There are three main reasons for this. The first is the problem of breath control, the second is the problem of maintaining the embouchure, and the third is the problem of maintaining body balance.
（そうなる理由は主に三つあります。第一に呼吸制御の問題、第二にアンブシュアの維持の問題、そして第三は身体のバランス保持の問題です。）
I don't have time to write about all three at this time. It is a great pity, because each of them is very important to understand the band's performance.
