細かいのを拾うとめちゃくちゃあるので、目立ったもののみ。「参考」と書いているのは第三者からわかるソースがなく、当事者が主張しているものです。（2024年3月、若干事例追加）

前提：クレジットカード会社のブランド保護規約

クレジットカード会社は、自身のブランドを保護するための規約を設けています。こんなコンテンツの販売に使われると、うちのブランドに傷がつくからダメだよ、ということです。

Mastercardの規則はPDFにまとめられています。「5.12.7 Illegal or Brand-damaging Transactions」の下記2項が該当するとされます。「たとえば同意の無い性的行為、未成年者の性的搾取、身体欠損、獣姦などの画像」。

2. The sale of a product or service, including an image, which is patently offensive and lacks serious artistic value (such as, by way of example and not limitation, images of nonconsensual sexual behavior, sexual exploitation of a minor, nonconsensual mutilation of a person or body part, and bestiality), or any other material that the Corporation deems unacceptable to sell in connection with a Mark.

Mastercard Rules

Visaの規約もPDFにまとめられています。「1.3.3.4 Brand Protection and Use of the Visa-Owned Marks」の下記項が該当するとされます。「写真、画像、マンガ、シミュレーション、その他メディア活動」において、「児童ポルノ、近親相姦、獣姦、レイプ（および同意のない性行為）、身体欠損」を扱ったもの（なお、これらに限定されない）。

In relation to, or for the purchase or trade of, photographs, video imagery, computer-generated images, cartoons, simulation, or any other media or activities including, but not limited to, any of the following:
– Child pornography
– Incest
– Bestiality
– Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior)
– Non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part

なお、PayPalはクレジットカード会社の規約に基本的に従いますが、自分達の規約でもPayPalを利用してはいけないものを曖昧に定義しています。とくに表現に関連しそうなのは下記部分でしょうか。

(f)憎悪、暴力、人種不寛容または金銭的搾取による犯罪の助長(g)わいせつと見なされる商品(h)いかなる法域の法律の下でのあらゆる著作権、商標、肖像権やプライバシーまたはその他の財産権を侵害または違反する商品(i)特定の性的関連用品またはサービス
