【Inside beBit】Product Design - Fujita-san

Inside beBit - A project in which we ask 10 questions about a beBit member's work and personal life.

We hope that “Inside beBit” will provide an opportunity to get to know more about the individuals you work with.
In this issue, we asked Fujita-san from the Product Design team to answer our questions!

1:Tell us about your background

After graduating from school, I worked at a trading company specializing in publishing, negotiating and planning proposals for numbers of copies to be purchased. I enjoyed the work, but wanted to do something a little more aggressive, so I started my career in the human resources industry. I experienced everything from new sales to career consulting in the recruiting industry. Utilizing my experience from my first 2 jobs and my interest in marketing, I joined beBit’s customer success team.

2:Why did you join beBit?

During my job search, I was introduced to beBit by an agent. At the time, I vaguely remember thinking “An after digital company…”
As I proceeded with the hiring process, I was drawn to the vision and people of the company. I also felt that the business phase the company was in would require me to wear a variety of caps, meaning I would have the opportunity to work a variety of tasks regardless of my previous experience.

3:Please tell us about the work you do at beBit

I engage in Customer Success.
The scope of my work is very broad, ranging from onboarding support for new USERGRAM customers (providing the Start-up program) to creating blogs, seminars, and other content for existing customers. Most recently, I have been working as the secretariat for improving operations. My work is all aimed at building “success for our clients.”

4:Tell us one thing you like about beBit

While it may sound cliché, I like the people. I appreciate the fact that there are many individuals that I can look up to.
Most people joined this company with similar ideologies so most are very serious about their work, but they also welcome others with a smile. It is very reassuring to have colleagues who are fully committed to work but have human emotions as well.

5:Tell us what you value most when working

Working to have a positive impact on us, our clients, and the world, while at the same time enjoying what I do.
It’s impossible to do everything perfectly, but whether it be internal or external, I prefer to work in a pleasant manner. I believe that by making efforts to have everyone work pleasantly, new relationships can be developed.

6:Tell us how members who may work with you should communicate with you

I receive most messages in a positive manner. A simple “do this” is OK.
While I work hard on preparations, I have difficulty working flexibly.
I tend to be anxious, so I proceed with caution while checking in with everyone involved.
I enjoy communicating - I find pleasure in the time I spend organizing sentences and information.
As for my personality, I see what you do more than what you say, and I see what you don’t do more than what you do.

7:Which of the 16Personalities are you?

I am in fact a “protagonist (ENFJ-T).”
While I felt like “protagonist” didn’t feel like a match, the words “diplomatic, intuitive, emotional, and normative” may fit me very well.

8:Please tell us about your talent, or anything you are proud of

I made it to the final auditions for the Takarazuka Revue.
At the time, I was seriously aiming to get in. The extreme diet and rebound are somewhat of a good memory now…

9:What do you do during your free time?

Typically, I dance (roughly 3 times a week…)
I dabble in various genres like HIPHOP and K-POP covers, but mainly focus on JAZZ in a community for working individuals. Many of the members have no prior experience, so the atmosphere is very friendly and everyone works together to improve dance skills. I occasionally teach as well. If you have any interest in dancing, please let me know!

10:Tell us about any challenges you would like to attempt

I would like to contribute to work, but would also like to contribute to my dance community as well.
In addition to finding new members to join the classes, I have also started helping with the operation of the official Instagram as well. I hope that I can achieve a synergistic effect between the two.
