Are you suffering from the following symptoms?


●For Guitarists;

① You miss the strings when strumming because your right-hand fingers curl inward.
② You cannot place your left-hand fingers properly on the strings.
③ You have a hard time bending your finger joints due to pain.
④ You cannot produce finger vibrato due to pain.
⑤ Your wrist turns backward or curls inward when trying to play the strings with a pick.


●For Pianists;

① Your fingers curl inward.
② You cannot shift with your thumb properly.
③ You have the urge to bring your hand back as it tilts to the side of the little finger.


●For Violinists;

① You cannot place your ring finger or little finger on the fingerboard.
② When trying to bow slowly, your bowing arm involuntarily lurches forward quickly.


●For Horn Players;

① You cannot press the rotary valves down deep enough.
② Your middle finger does not bend well.
③ Your lips feel tense and become rigid.


●For Clarinet Players;

① Your ring finger comes off the key when you try to press down the two keys closer to your body with your little finger.

●For Bassoon Players;

① Your left-hand middle finger stretches out and you cannot curve it.

●For Shamisen, Sanshin, and Niko Players;

① The joints of your fingers used for pressing down on the strings hurt. (for all three above)
② You feel pain in the wrist of the hand with which you hold the bachi. (shamisen)
③ The finger on which the plectra is attached hurts. (Sanshin)


●For Koto Players;

① Your fingers hurt when playing the strings.
② Your middle finger, with which you pluck the strings, curls up.


●For Percussion Players using a mallet. (marimba, timpani, etc.)

① You have pain in your outer elbow.
② Your wrists feel like they stop moving when the mallets come back up.


●For Percussion Players who use the palms of their hands to beat the instrument. (bongo, tabla, djembe, tarabuka, riq, etc.)

① Your fingers stretch out and become rigid when you try to beat the instrument.


●For Drummers;

① Your left wrist, with which you hold the drumstick, curls inward.
② Your pedaling foot becomes rigid.


●For Everybody;

① You nearly drop a cup as your wrist turns involuntarily.
② You feel a sharp pain in the palm of your hand when trying to bend or stretch out your fingers.
③ Your finger joints hurt and become deformed.
④ You feel a sharp pain in the base of your thumb when trying to pull up your pants or socks, pick up a clothespin, or open a bottle.


●For those who are engaged in work using a computer;

① Your middle finger curls inward when pressing the keys.
② Your eyes feel tired. You feel pain deep in your eyes.
③ Your shoulders feel stiff and you have a headache and nausea.
④ You feel numbness in your shoulder and arm.


●For Expectant Mothers;

① You feel pain in the base of your thumb close to the wrist.


●For Hairdressers;

① The ring finger of the hand with which you hold scissors curls up.
② You cannot use a shaving razor because your wrist turns involuntarily.


●For Calligraphers;

① You cannot write properly because your hand becomes tense.
② The side of your palm with your little finger hurts or becomes numb.
