YOGA LIFE #3 Shanti Mantra

नमस्ते ! |  NAMASTE !
In this article, I'll introduce you a famous Sanskrit mantras.
It's better to perform this practice 3 hours after eating.
No music is recommended.

Sit comfortably with your back straight.
Close your eyes, and let your consciousness center in the head.
Then take a deep breath.
Let us chant the Mantra below:

ॐ सहनाववतु | Om Sahanāvavatu
सह नौ भुनक्तु  | Saha Nau Bhunaktu
सह वीर्यं करवावहै | Saha Vīryam Karavāvahai
तेजस्वि नावधीतमस्तु | Tejasvināvadhītamastu
मा विद्विषावहै | Ma Vidvisāvahai
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः | Om Sāntih Sāntih Sāntih

(English Translation)
Om, May we all be protected
May we all be nourished
May we work together with great energy
May our intellect be sharpened
Let there be no Animosity amongst us
Om, peace, peace, peace
