＜意味＞
 "Beef up" is an idiom commonly used to mean to make something stronger, more substantial, or more powerful.

そこで気になったのは、牛が出てくる英語表現。
調べてみたら、たくさんありました。

牛を使ったイディオムがたくさんあることにびっくりした寅年の私なのでした。
