Being an Office Worker for Almost 10 years

I already moved for 7 different companies all my working life since 2014.
I started working as a part-time employee since 2009 while taking my classes during university in a world-wide famous coffee shop chain for almost 4 years.
And now for the first time in my working-life, I'm loving the place. Every inch of it, the bad and the good news, and of course, the drama. :P
I work at Japanese food manufacturer company located in Indonesia, this October will be my 3rd year here.

We can choose to be 'what kind' of employee we would like to be, of course I choose to be the work-life-mental health-balance type of employee. How do I do it, yes, by simply loving the job.
I put all my effort to my work only on weekdays, and do all the good things on the weekend. Hobbies, side job, socialize are my weekend-go-to.
Every weekdays I will at the office until 5.00 pm, then go to coffee shop just to continue my work, but, with my friends outside from work. Like we do a lot of sharing and brainstorming, even if I go with my colleagues from work, we will talk about what motivate us the most, so we could do our best work.
But there's some days we feel like 'off', well, easy for me, I'll take five only for smoking cigarettes, with my colleagues as well, and we're discussing about work, again. With a brisk of fresh air outside the office, it could give the refreshment.
I think I'm obsessed with my work, I love my workplace, I love my colleagues (not all-of-them of course, duh). :P

During my more than 10-years-of-work, I learn a lot of things, not only about the job, but also about other things.
How to manage my time, communicate with totally-different type of person, accepting being rejected, being yelled-at, being stabbed in the back (not literally), learn a lot of new things, knowing what it's like having a crush at work, being demotivated, crying at work silently, and other memorable things happened.
Being an office worker teach me a lot. And how to be human.

We often facing difficulties with our peers, different point of view or work ethic could lead into a conflict, at first I'm the type that will avoid conflict at work. But I realized, when we do that, something terrible might happen sooner or later, if we're not dealing with it asap.
Communication is the KEY to our happy-at-work-situation. Communicate to appreciate & respect each other.

I'm planning to take 日本語 classes in Japan, means that I need to leave my work here, for at least a year. :')
I hope that my boss still will take me in again after I passed my JLPT N2. Until I well-prepared-enough to take N1 test and move to Japan, for good.

I wish we all had the best endeavor in the future with our 'office worker' title. Which we love the most. :)
