北朝鮮の連日のミサイル発射など対南挑発に対して、韓国政府も数倍の報復を強調している。 金正恩（キム·ジョンウン）政権の終末まで言及し、状況は悪化の一途をたどっている。
韓国の保守政権は、リベラル政権の対話中心の平和戦略が弱かったことを強調し、強力な対応を連日主張している。
韓国人の大半は、長い間続いてきた南北対立のため、実際に起きている最近の状況について深刻に受け止めていない。 ところが、この点が大きな問題だ。
国民が目覚めていなければならないのに、国民が気にしなくなれば、政権や政治権力が勝手に軍事的状況を国民ではなく政権維持のために利用するからだ。 明確な例がロシアのウクライナ戦争挑発だ。 ロシアがたとえ勝利したとしても、戦争で命を失った軍人は高位政治家ではなく一般市民だからだ。 起きなくてもいい戦争のせいで市民が命を失ったのだ。
韓国も、北朝鮮との対立が続いて局地的な戦争でも発生すれば、罪のない市民の命を失うことになるだろう。 さらに戦争が大きくなり、金正恩政権が没落したとしても、韓国の被害はどうなるのか。 戦争は決して勝者のいない悲劇だ。
韓国政府が強力な報復を強調するなら、絶対戦争は起こらないと断言できるだろうか。 対峙が激しくなればなるほど可能性は高くなるのではないか。 なぜ国民はこのような状況に沈黙しているのか。 これが韓国社会の問題だ。 これまで続いてきた繰り返しのせいで、実際の深刻さを忘れているのだ。 前回の保守政権李明博政権時代、実際に北朝鮮が延坪島に170発余りの砲弾を発射し、4人の死亡と19人の負傷が起きた。
このような事態が二度と起こらないと誰が断言するだろうか。 さらに大きな砲撃戦が予想される時点だ。 ソウルは大丈夫だよね？ 自分の地域でなければいいという安易な意識が広まっているのではないか。 メディアはなぜ深刻さを報道しないのか？
日本はまだ平和憲法の改正を果たしていない。 それだけ慎重に接近し、戦争の惨状を深刻に受け止めている。 戦争経験のない若い世代の安易な雰囲気が日本も増加しており、先制攻撃など日本も好戦的に変化を主導してはいるが、まだ韓国に比べては絶対的に安全だ。
外交、経済的に見ても韓国に否定的だ。 安保が不安な国に、どの国が投資をし、平和や対話より力で相手を制圧しようとする勢力を支持する西欧国家は珍しいだろう。
米国や欧州社会でトランプのような自国優先主義とロシアのような力の誇りを支持する勢力が多く勢力を拡張したが、それでも西欧社会の主流は民主主義であり平和で博愛主義だ。 西欧社会がいくら厳しくなってもロシアの戦争挑発に対して非難しており、石油とガスを武器に威嚇しているが、西欧社会は引き続きウクライナに拍手を送っている。 平和と対話を通じた民主的社会がまだ50%以上この社会を支えており、経済も彼らによって革新が起きている。 その50%の世論は戦争を嫌う。 誤った政権のせいで、その50%の革新勢力が分裂してはならない。 そうなれば、欧州で経験した世界大戦が再び起こり得る。 50%の革新勢力が目覚めてこそ、これまで世界が成し遂げた発展を続けていくだろう。（Qの希望）

If the Korean government emphasizes strong punishment, can you guarantee that a war can never happen? Isn't the more confrontation, the more likely it is? Why are the people silent on this situation? This is a problem in Korean society. It is forgetting the actual seriousness due to the repetition that has continued. During the last conservative administration of Lee Myung Bak, North Korea actually fired 170 shells on Yeonpyeong Island, killing four people and injuring 19.
Who can guarantee that this won't happen again? It is also a time when a bigger artillery battle is expected. Seoul will be okay, right? Isn't there a widespread sense of complacency that it's not my area? Why doesn't the media report the seriousness?
Japan has yet to complete the revision of the peace constitution. As such, they approach it carefully and take the horrors of war seriously. The complacent atmosphere of the young generation without war experience is also increasing in Japan, and Japan is leading the change in a belligerent manner such as preemptive strikes, but it is still absolutely safe compared to Korea.
Diplomacy and economics are also absolutely negative for Korea. Few Western countries will support forces that invest in countries with unstable security and try to subdue their opponents with force rather than peace or dialogue.
In the U.S. and European societies, supporters of their own priorities such as Trump and the pride of power such as Russia have expanded their power, but the mainstream of Western society is democracy, peace, and philanthropy. No matter how harsh the Western society is, it is criticizing Russia's war provocation and threatening oil and gas with weapons, but Western society continues to applaud Ukraine. A democratic society through peace and dialogue still supports more than 50% of the society, and the economy is also being innovated by them. That 50% public opinion hates war. Even more so, the 50% innovative forces should not be divided due to the wrong regime. If that happens, the world war experienced in Europe could happen again.
