First Tree Group for international exchange is here!

Hello everyone, I'm Windy. I'm a part of the team that founded an international exchange group called the "First Tree Group".

[Company visits and social gatherings once a month]
This group will visit companies and hold social gatherings once a month to study the society with students from various countries, especially with the participation of interns working at the i's FACTORY.
On company visits, we will first visit international companies based in Japan. We will be learning about business in general, the company itself, and how to succeed in Japan.
After this, we will come together as international students and have exchanges going beyond our countries.
We hope this group will be a place where international students can help each other and encourage each other to do their best to succeed in Japan.

[How did we come up with our name?]
In Japanese, Thursday is written as "木曜日", where the first character "木" means "tree". Since we will be gathering on the first Thursdays every month, "first" plus "tree" makes sense… Right? (lol)
The First Tree Group is supported by the operating company of the comprehensive DX support site bodais (https://bodais.com/).
The name "bodais" comes from "bodaiju" ("linden" in Japanese) plus "dice". The background of the name is a tree, therefore, as a group that aims to become the biggest tree in the world, we chose the name "First Tree Group". Our activities may be limited to Japan for now, however, we would like to expand internationally in the future.
