Morning Yoga Movement 30 day challenge/Day1~14 affirmations＆words

前書き

健康習慣と英語勉強を兼ねて、毎日10分のヨガ動画　Yoga with Kassandra のmorning yoga 30dayをやってみている。

動画の中では、毎回、今日のお言葉的なaffirmationがあるので、それをメモしたりブツブツ言ったりしている。
また、大抵、一つはよく分からない単語や曖昧な理解の単語が出でくるので、それもメモってる。
affirmation以外のフレーズをメモることもある。

現在、 Day 14までやったので、これまでのaffirmationや調べた単語などを振り返る。

今のところ、好きなaffirmationは

グラグラして安定しないポーズがいくつかある。
そのうちバランス取れるようになるんかしら。

なんとなく、よくある動きは分かってきたような。
downdog → cobra or upper dog　とか

朝ヨガ自体は、3か月くらい続いてるので、よい習慣になっているかな？
3か月続いたのでヨガマットも買ってみた。
