英作文チャレンジ③ Agree or disagree: Technology is undermining the role of teachers in the classroom. (2017年第2回 二次面接テーマより)
休日ということで，もう1題，Agree or disagree型のお題で書いてみました。
今回はこちら。
Agree or disagree: Technology is undermining the role of teachers in the classroom.
（テクノロジーは、教室での教師の役割を弱めています。）
中学校教員として，皆さんの意見も聞いてみたいところ。
では，私の意見をどうぞ。
1. Introduction
I disagree with the idea that technology is undermining the role of teachers in the classroom. Instead, technology enhances the role of them. I want to enumerate three advantages by using technology; analysis, time efficiency, and valuable contents that attracts students.(41語)
2. Body Paragraph1
Technology can help educators analyze their students’ progress and make some improvement about how and what to teach. Using more data, teachers have more chances to know their students’ weak point. They can teach more effectively. (36語)
3. Body Paragraph2
Additionaly, technology shortens teachers’ office work. If they don't use ICT equipments, they have to spend a lot of time to prepare for the class. Technology can give time for them. Teachers can do and think other things to improve the class, spend more time to communicate with their students. (51語)
4. Body Paragraph3
Finally, the quality and of class has greatly improved by using technology. In the past, teachers had to teach only with textbooks and blackboards in the classroom. However, they can use digital contents such as movies, musics, and fun games that students can try on the web now. Such contents make it easier for students to get the gist of what they have to learn. (65語)
5. Conclusiton
For reasons listed, I believe that technology can be a great aid for teachers, instead of undermining the role. Certainly, teachers will research how to use technology more effectively in the classroom from now on and make a better lesson. (40語)
6. 内容と構成
(導入)
私は，テクノロジーが教室での教師の役割を弱体化させているという考えに同意しません。 その代わりに，テクノロジーは彼らの役割を強化します。 教師がテクノロジーを使用することの3つの利点を挙げたいと思います。ー それは 分析，時間効率，そして学生を魅了する貴重なコンテンツという点です。
(本論1)
テクノロジーは，教育者が生徒の進捗状況を分析し，どのように何を教えるかについて改善を行うのに役立ちます。 より多くのデータを使用すると，教師は生徒の弱点を知る機会が増えます。 彼らはより効果的に教えることができます。
(本論2)
さらに、テクノロジーによって教師の事務作業が短縮されます。ICT機器を使用しない場合，は、先生達は授業の準備に多くの時間を費やす必要があります。 テクノロジーは彼らに時間を与えまこます。彼らは，授業を改善するために他のことをしたり考えたりすることができ、生徒とのコミュニケーションにより多くの時間を費やすことができます。

最後に，テクノロジーを使用することにより、授業の質が大幅に向上しました。 以前は，教師は教室で教科書と黒板だけを使って教える必要がありました。 ただ現在は，動画、音楽、生徒がオンラインでできる楽しいゲームなど，デジタルコンテンツを使用することができます。 このようなコンテンツは，生徒が学ばなければならないことの要点を理解しやすくします。
(結論)
これら記載した理由により，テクノロジーは教師の役割を損なうのではなく，大きな助けになると私は信じています。 きっと，教師はこれから教室でテクノロジーをより効果的に使用する方法を研究し，より良い授業を作るでしょう。
今回は，内容が内容なので，233語と充実した語数で書くことができました。
