英検1級ライティング　　　　Should subordinates be asked to evaluate their supervisors?

The position of supervisor might have been weakened in recent society. For example, in the past decades, position placement in the company rose up as you aged. So, the more you age, the more you get paid. However, nowadays co-workers can earn a better position even they are young  if they are doing better than their managers. Still, I think that subordinates should be asked to evaluate their supervisors.
