英検1級ライティング　Are the threats to society posed by low birthrate being taken seriously enough?

Recently in Japan, the population has been dropping as a result of low birth rate.Although there are some places that have succeeded in preventing this by providing money to the newborn’s family, my opinion is that the low birthrate problem is not taken seriously enough.
