All actions or proceedings relating to this Agreement shall be conducted in the Tokyo District Court , and both Parties here to consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the said court.
→本契約に関連するすべての法的手続きは東京地方裁判所で行われるものとし、両当事者は東京地方裁判所を専属的管轄裁判所とすることに同意する。
