お土産買いました～

Daily Log Day 2 First Souvenir Purchased

Last Saturday, we went to a mall for dinner. 
先週の土曜日、あるモールに食事に行きました。

On the way back to the parking lot, we passed by Uniqlo.
食事が終わり、駐車場へ向かう途中でユニクロの前を通りました。

My son brought to my attention that they carried T-shirts from some Japanese anime series that my middle son had been following. 
末っ子が次男の好きな日本のアニメのTシャツが売られていることを教えてくれました。

So I decided to take a look as they could be awesome souvenirs.
よいお土産になると思って、寄ってみることにしました。

I did find one that I was sure that he would love it, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't find his size. 
次男が好きそうなTシャツは見つかったのですが、どんなに探しても次男のサイズはありませんでした。

Then, I remembered that at the mall near my sister's house, there's another Uniqlo and that they might have his size!
妹の家の近くのモールにもユニクロがあることを思い出し、そこに次男のサイズがあるかもしれないと思いました。

The next day, my sister took me to that mall and long behold, they had piles of T-shirts in his size. 
次の日、妹が早速そのユニクロに連れて行ってくれ、期待していた通り次男のサイズが山積みになっておかれていました。

I ended up buying one from "Your Name" and one from "Suzume's Tojimari".
結局「君の名は」のTシャツを１枚と「すずめの戸締り」のTシャツを一枚買いました。

I also bought a Splatoon 3 T-shirt for my youngest one.
末っ子にもスプラトゥーン３のTシャツを買いました。

As for my oldest one, he started to watch Spy X Family, and I did find one, but I wasn't sure if he would wear that design.
長男ですが、最近「Spy X Family」を見るようになり、Spy X FamilyのTシャツも一枚見つかったのですが、デザインが長男のスタイルではなかったので、買っても着るかどうか確信できませんでした。

So, I decided to just take a photo and ask him first. 
まずは、写真を撮って聞いてみることにしました。

It turned out that he was okay with it, so I will go back to buy that T-shirt next time, I guess. 
ちょっと意外だったのですが、OKだそうなので、今度モールに行く用事があるときに、Spy X FamilyのTシャツを買うと思います。
