動物村の子供たち　Children of Animal Village

お祭りが来る

　動物村にも夏祭りが近づき、何だかみんな浮きうきして来たようです。
　朝からよく晴れた日曜日、今年から子供みこしが二つ出来たので、子供みこしをかつぐ資格のある十才以下の子供達が、鎮守の森に多ぜい集まってわいわいさわいでおります。

Summer festival is comming

At animal village summer comes up so every animals seem to feel be excited.
In the sunny morning of sunday children under ten years old gather at sacred shrine forest. They are so happy and excited because they have privilege of carring portable shrine.

　山羊のおじいさんと熊のおじさんが、子供たちにはちまきのしめ方を教えております。
「だめだよ、そんなにお耳をぴくぴく動かしては、うまくはちまきが結べないよ」　
　熊のおじさんが兎のピョン子さんを叱っております。
「だっておじさんに耳をさわられると、とってもくすぐったいんだもの」
　長いお耳のピョン子さんは半分べそをかきながら、熊のおじさんに文句を言っています。
「そうかい、じゃあひとりではちまきをしてごらん。それならくすぐったくないだろうし早くむすび方を覚えられるかも知れないからな」
　熊のおじさんは手ぬぐいをピョン子さんに渡し、次に狐のコン吉君にはちまきを教えています。
An old goat and mister bear teach them how to tie headband.
“Don’t move with your ears jerkingly. I can’t tie your headband good. “
Mister bear get mad at rabbit Pyonko.
“I’m sorry mister bear but it is so ticklish you touch my ears. “
Long ears rabbit Pyonko complane about that with being nearly crying.
“Well, do it yourself so you can do it without tickles and might be good at doing it rapidly. “
Mister bear hands over headband to Pyonko and teaches how to tie headband to fox Konkichi next.

　山羊のおじいさんが言いました。
「はちまきを覚えたものはこっちに集まってきなさい。大きなからだのものはこちらに、小さな者はそちらに並んで」
　子供みこしは二つあって、大きなからだの象や牛や馬の子、小さなねずみや兎の子供は直ぐに二つにわかれましたが、
「僕はどっちに入るんだい」
「君はこっちに来いよ」
と、またわいわいさわがしくなりました。
Old goat says.
“Come here everyone who learned how to tie headband. Line up ones who are big to here and others who are little to over there. “
There are two portable shrine, one for big children another for little. Elephant, cow, horse who are big and mouse, rabbit who are little line up soon. But others get lost which line they must line up.
“Which line should I line up?”
“You must line here. “
They tell each other noisy.

ドン　ドーン　ドオーン
みんなびっくりしました。みるといたずら好きのお猿のモン吉が大太鼓をたたき出したのです。
「こら、こら、駄目、だめ、太鼓の練習はみんな小学校を卒業してからなんだよ。それまではおうちで、あき樽でもたたいてよく練習しておくんだね」
　熊のおじさんはモン吉君から太鼓のばちを取りあげてそう言いました。
「おじさん、ちょっとだけでいいから僕にも本ものの太鼓を打たしてよ」
「おじいさん、わたしにも小太鼓でいいから打たせて」
　子供達は熊のおじさんと、山羊のおじいさんをかこんで、しきりにせがみました。
　困ってしまったおとな二人は相談していましたが、やがて山羊のおじいさんが言いました。
「ようし、では大太鼓と小太鼓のどちらでも好きな方を、ちょっとだけ打たせるから並びなさい」　
　みんな大よろこびです。太鼓の前に二つの列が出来ました。

Don Don Doon
All of them are surprised.
Scalawag monkey Monkichi has beat a big drum suddenly.
“No, no! Only children who graduated elementary school are allowed to beat big drum. Untill the time you graduate erementary school you should beat empty barrel at home. “
Mister bear says that to Monkichi with taking sticks of drum up from Monkichi.
“Mister bear ! I want to beat real drum. “
“Old goat! I want to beat even if a little drum, too. “
Children pester greedy with surounding mister bear snd old goat.
Olders are worry and think together. And then old goat says.
“Ok! Ok! You can beat a little big or little drum. So line up. “
Every children are excited. Two line have made in front of two drums.

　しばらくの間大太鼓と小太鼓の音が、大きくなったり小さくなったり、上手になったと思ったら、次には何とも間の抜けた音になったりして鎮守の森にひびきました。
　近くのとうもろこし畑で草むしりをしていた狐のおばあさんが、やれやれと腰をのばしながら言いました。
「今年の太鼓の練習はなんて下手なんだろうな。これでお祭りまでにしっかり打てるようになるんかな」
Sounds of big and small drum acho in mejor or minor, good or bad and goofy to sacred shrine forest in a little while.
Old fox who picks weeds says with stretching out herself.
“What a unskillful this traning of beating drum! I wander if they could beat drum well untill summer festival. “
