2017年の振り返り

2018年の新年のあいさつのメモ。すなわち1年前のがみつかった。2017年の活動報告が書いてあるわけだが、2018年にこれだけ活動できたのも2017年の下地があったからということがわかる。。

●2018年の展望　/　Perspective of 2018
2017年までに制作した作品をフィードバックし、具体的な解釈を提示する。
　あたらしい解釈から次回作の制作に移行する。

　Jan.　個展A=A A≠A TAP_GALLERYで開催予定
C7Cでの展示とは別に異なる解釈を展示する。2/3にトークイベントを予定。

Exhibiting different interpretations apart from exhibits at C7C. We will have a talk event on February 3.

●2017年の振り返り / Review of 2017
BOOKの形態をした作品が展示できるカタチに変化した1年でした。
たくさんの方々と出会い、刺激を受け、お世話になる年でした。
今年はそんな方々に結果を見せられればと思います。

Jan.　写真の散歩道のオープニングで11月の個展が決まる。
オープニングで個展が決定するが、この時点でいったいどんな形式でいいか不明。対話を重ねつくりあげていく進めることをはじめる。
A solo exhibition in November is decided at the opening of the walk of the photograph.

2回目のポートフォーリオレビュー。展示がきまっていながら昨年と同じ方法でプレゼンして大失敗。

11月の個展を念頭に置いて展示にカタチをつくりはじめる。具体的な形で提示するのは2年ぶりであった。

Starting making shapes in the exhibition with the solo exhibition in mind in mind.It was the first time in two years to present in concrete form.

Apl.～Jun.　BANKART_AIR　参加
滞在・制作・展示が一体となったイベントに参加。自分が制作している内容より周りが制作している環境に身を置くはじめての体験であった、。
また、BANKARTの環境がとても贅沢であったことを振り返りの気づき。
この体験をきっかけに制作と展示の接続とみせる為につくること。つくったものをみせること。を考えはじめる。
また、制作用にコピー機を導入してレジデンスの後半に持ち込むことができた。クレバス大滝さんともここではじめて出会い、以後お世話になりっぱなしとなる。
Join BANKART_AIR
Participate in an event where staying, production and exhibition united. It was my first experience of putting my body in the environment I am creating around than the content I am making.
Also, looking back on the fact that the environment of BANKART was very luxurious.
To make this experience an opportunity to show it as a connection between production and exhibition. Show things you made. I will start thinking.
In addition, we could introduce a copy machine for production and bring it to the second half of the residence.
I met with Crevasse Otaki for the first time here and I will stay in good care since then.

Sep.　TABF（アートブックフェア）にphoto_altusから初出展
運営を引っ張ってくださる方々に支えられる。写真集とかBOOKの在り方について再考する。

BANKART_AIRの振り返りから展示方法を決定、従来の写真とあたらしい写真というテーマに沿った解釈を提示する。コピー機を写真機に見立てた装置を提示し、結果を壁に貼っていく。搬入中に、展示構成の１部がゴミにみえることから撤去する。この件は、デュシャンのR_MATT事件の類似例として図録にまとめる。

We decide the display method from the review of BANKART_AIR, and present interpretation according to the theme of conventional photograph and new picture.
We present the copying machine as a photograph machine, and paste the result on the wall.
During transportation, a part of the exhibit composition is removed as it appears as garbage.
This case is summarized in a catalog as a similar example of Duchamp's R_MATT case.
