ワクチン接種2回目(ファイザー)

先週の土曜日に、ファイザー2回目を受けました。

前回はほとんど副作用がなかったのですが…

1. 腕の痛み (痛み止め不要だった前回の3倍くらい😂)

2. 24時間後、37.8度の熱と全身の関節痛(熱はそれ程高くないものの食欲なし) 

がありました。

接種２日後の月曜日の朝も、まだ軽い関節痛と微熱ありだったので、休暇制度を利用。

火曜日朝には通常通りに戻りました。

経験上、ゼリー飲料等はあった方が絶対よいです。

I had my second shot on last weekend. At the night of the day, I felt severe pain in the arm (I had sensations as if something were screwed into my arm), which made me sleepless 😂 After 24 hours of the shot, I began to have a fever and joint pains all over my body, which lasted until the following morning (while I was feeling the joint pains, I had almost no appetite).  I still had a slight fever on the following morning, so I took a day-off.  Finally I got back to normal on the morning of Tuesday.  

上周末我打了辉瑞的第二针疫苗。这次胳膊疼得厉害让我睡不着。过了一天开始发烧，也有全身疼痛，这样继续到那天深夜。第三天我还发低烧，所以我请了一天假。第四天我完全恢复正常了。
