Yesterday, I worked the day shift and the evening shift. Because Golden Week ended the day before, there were few patients in the emergency room. I had a lot of free time, so I was a bit disappointed.

Today I learned how to do spinal anesthesia. Next week I'll observe the method, and after that, I'll do it when I have a chance.

I went to the gym today. Few people were there maybe because it was raining. I'm getting good muscle tone!

Three good things happened today:
1. I learned how to do the spinal anesthesia
2. I practice it with my colleagues
3. I went to the gym
