産業保健関連英語の覚え書き
産業保健の領域の英語ってなかなか普段の会話で出会う機会がないので自分で使うための覚書として書き記して行きます．
これはネットの情報を駆使して調べた覚書なので、基本的には日本の法律の英語訳をもとにしていますが１００％あっている保証がないものもあります。なので今後実践しながらブラッシュアップ予定です。

産業医の英訳は？
そもそも産業医の英訳もgoogleで調べると二つが拮抗しています．industrial physicianなのかoccupational health physicianなのか問題です．
各社のネット記載が例文として載っているLingueeで調べる限りindustrial physicianが優勢でした．大企業のSEIKOや SHISEIDOのHPでもIndustrial physician．
そしてJapanese Law translationでもindustrial physicianでした．これからはindustrial physicianを使用していきたいです。
衛生管理者の英訳は？
こちらも上記のJapanese law translationを参照してもhealth workerで良さそうですね。
その他産業保健で使用しそうなtechnical terms
休職：leave of absence
傷病休職はsickness leave, 産休はmaternity leave, 育児休暇はchild care leaveなどがあります．
病欠：take a sick leave
復職：return to work, come back to work
有給： - days off , -days paid leave
就業制限：restrictions on engagement
時間外労働：over time work
過重労働: excessive work, over work
疲労蓄積度チェック：exhaustion accumulation check up
安全配慮義務：the safety obligations
守秘義務：confidential information
特に安全配慮義務はなかなか英語での情報が少ないです。法律は安全配慮ということでconsideration to the safety or a workerとの記載でした。義務とすると上記はどうかなと思っています。

我々は月８０h以上の時間外労働をしている人全員に疲労蓄積度checkを行わなくてはならない。

It would be ideal to set the limit of your over time work under 45 hours next month.
過重労働は脳出血や心筋梗塞の原因として知られている。

過重労働問題に取り組まず、過労死を招いた会社は安全配慮義務違反で賠償要求される可能性がある。
A company, which neglects the problem of excessive work and incurs death from overwork, can be claimed against for violating the obligation for consideration to safety.
