Abstract
A new survey found that two out of every three Americans have a place in their home where they always like to sit, and that many will get angry if somebody else sits there instead. In addition, 55% would feel uncomfortable sitting anywhere else.
Also, the article mentions that it was also affected by them spending more time indoors during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey found that, over the past year, the average American spent $752 decorating their home, with 31% saying they spent more than $1,000.
Do you have a favorite spot to sit in your home? Do you ever ask people to move if they sit there?
Although I have some favorite spots to sit in my home, I don’t mind anyone else sitting there. But only when I sit in front of my dining table, I want to sit on the left side against my girlfriend.
She has never minded where she sits. So, she sometimes sits on the left side against me. I don't feel angry about it, but I am a little concerned about my sitting spot becoming the opposite. So, I always ask her to move.
I don’t know why I feel such things, but I think all people have such points where they can’t give up.
How about you?
