渓谷の湿った岩、生い茂る植物、様々な生命の気配に満ちた静寂。
立ち止まれば、自らの足音に掻き消された微かな水音や植物が揺れる音に気付くだろう。
だが同時に静止した時間から眺めたらどうだろう？
生命の気配を示唆する“音”が消えた視界はどのような佇まいを見せるのだろうか。
そういった興味からこの写真は制作された。

This serene valley of moistened rock overgrown with plants is filled with the presence of a wide variety of life. Standing still in that environment, one becomes aware of the subtle sound of running water and the undulations of plant life, sounds that had previously been concealed by one’s own footsteps.
How would such a scene look at the very moment if everything stood still?
What world do the eyes see when the sounds that indicate the presence of life are concealed?
