渋谷文学論に対する批判（A Criticism of SIBUYA’s View of Literature）

It is what took place about twenty years ago, I guess. I saw or heard a music critic and the president of Rockin’ On Inc. SIBUYA Youiti write or say that there is no family that is higher in the literature T-score than the Yoshimoto’s, which includes YOSHIMOTO Takaaki and his daughter YOSHIMOTO Banana.
Today, I have come to think that there is no expression that is lower in the literature T-score than the expression of Mr Shibuya’s own making “literature T-score.”.

　今から20年ほど前のことだったと思う。音楽評論家でロッキン・オン社の社長、渋谷陽一氏が次のようなことを述べたのを見たか聞いたかした記憶がある。それは、「吉本隆一」と「よしもとばなな」の父娘を擁する吉本家ほど文学偏差値が高い家族はいない、というものであった。
　しかし、私は、今日、思うようになった。渋谷氏の言う「文学偏差値」という表現ほど文学偏差値の低い表現はないのではないか、と。
